For the perfect image quality, a good camera will be needed. For the best results, we advise using cameras that are able to stream in 1080p full HD resolution at 30 FPS. Models can use either webcameras or handycams connected via capture cards to stream on our site. The below cameras are not only highly recommended, but will help you with your Good video qualifications.

Recommended Webcams

Webcameras are intended for continuous online streaming. They are easy to use and are relatively small. They provide excellent image quality at a low price. Here is a list of webcams recommended by our site:

Logitech HD Pro C920

A truly legendary webcamera on the market, it has all the features an aspiring cam model would need to get into the business. Can stream in 1080p Full HD at 30 frames per second, with a comfortable 78° field of view. No wonder most of our models choose this reliable and sturdy device!

Requirements and specifications:

Logitech HD Pro C930e / Logitech Pro Webcam

A newer version of the C920, made for businesses rather than personal use, this one comes with a slightly larger 90° field of view and an upgraded encoding technology. This means slightly better view for your fans and a smoother run for your image, but at a little higher price.

Requirements and specifications:

Logitech C925e Webcam & Logitech C922 Pro Stream

These two cameras are a combination of the goods that come with the C930e, at a more affordable price. They offer the original 78° field of view, but with an upgraded encoding.

The C922 also comes with a small tripod.

With it's echo and noise cancelling microphone, pan-tilt function and remote control, it offers a truly unique experience for your fans. This camera is not meant for 24/7 usage due to its moving parts.

The ultimate streaming experience. With it's ZEISS glass lens and optical zoom, the full HD image provided is crystal clear even when you wish to show yourself from up close. Comes with a speakerphone for superb quality audio, and a remote control so that you can take the action in your hands. A perfect choice for big studios aiming for the maximum.

We recommend getting the upgraded version of this device: the Logitech GROUP

Logitech PTZ Pro

A slice of the ultimate streaming experience, at a more affordable price. Has all the perks of the CC3000e, minus the microphone and the hub. If you wish to choose this one, make sure you have a separate microphone to go with it.

Please note that this camera has no built in microphone.

Requirements and specifications:

Logitech Group

The ultimate streaming experience, taken one step further. This device is a slightly upgraded version of the CC3000e, along with optional expansion microphones for super surround audio.

We recommend this device over the CC3000e, as it offers more choices for the camera's settings and has proven to be much more stable.

Setting Up Your Webcams: Plug and Play

Once you got your hands on your new Logitech webcam, all you need is connecting it to the computer via USB, simple as that!

However, to get the best out of your image, you might want to use the Logitech Webcam Software. This application is compatible with all Logitech webcameras, but is only available on Windows OS. For MAC OS X, you may use Logitech Camera Settings from the App Store.

With this software, you can adjust several settings for the camera, such as the intensity of the colors or the amount of light that enters the camera's lens.
