Account closure as an Influencer
In order to have your account closed, please contact your Account Manager directly or email help@jasmin.com from one of your registered e-mail addresses and include the following:
1. a BRAND NEW copy of your ID (a copy you used during any registration is not acceptable.)
2. a BRAND NEW picture of yourself holding the ID next to your face
3. the name of the accounts that you wish to have closed
For security reasons we may only close accounts if all of the aforementioned conditions are met.
Influencer account closure as an Agency
In case you wish to have an Influencer account closed in your Agency account, please contact your Account Manager directly or email help@jasmin.com from the Agency's email address and attach the following:
1. a BRAND NEW copy of your ID (a copy you used during any registration is not acceptable.)
2. a BRAND NEW picture of yourself holding the ID next to your face
3. the name(s) of the accounts that you wish to close.
We will contact you once your request has been handled.
Account closure as an Agency
In case you wish to have your Agency account closed, please contact your Account Manager directly or email help@jasmin.com from the Agency's email address and attach the following:
1. a BRAND NEW copy of your ID (a copy you used during any registration is not acceptable.)
2. a BRAND NEW picture of yourself holding the ID next to your face
