General Information on Payout


Payouts on Jasmin.com are sent periodically, which periods consist of 2 weeks (14 days). You need to reach your Payout Limit in a period in order to receive payment on the payout date of that period. The Payout Limit can vary between $100 and $10,000. If you reach your Payout Limit in a period, your payout will be performed 25 days after this period's end. If you do not reach the Payout Limit in a period, your earnings are rolled over to the next period until you reach your Payout Limit. The payouts are always performed 25 days after a period is closed, regardless of the payment method you choose. We send payments several days before the official payout dates to make sure everyone receives their funds in time.

Payment Period

Each period consists of two weeks (14 days).

Payout Limit

The Payout Limit is the amount of earnings you need to collect before you can receive payment. Normally you are advised to choose the lowest payout limit ($100) to ensure that you will be paid frequently.
Payout Limit can be reached with Level Dependent Incomes only.

Payout Date

The payouts are always performed 25 days after a period is closed, regardless of the payment method you choose. You need to reach the payout limit in a period in order to get paid on the payout date. As we send payments several days before the official payout dates, you may receive the funds earlier than the above dates.

Immediate Payout

Immediate payout withdrawal is available. You can withdraw your payment at the Payout Overview section a few business days after the calendar period ends, for a fee of 1% of the payout amount, minimum $5, maximum $150. This fee can only be deducted from your current period’s income as of the time of the request. The withdrawn payment is executed within 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that immediate payouts can be subject to processing failures and transition time. E-Wallet payments arrive on the date of execution, wire transfers need 2-4 days, while paper checks take 3-10 business days to be received.

Payment Method

The Payment Method is the way we execute your earnings; it can be sent to a MasterCard® card, by bank wire transfer, on a paper check or to an e-wallet account, each processed by 3rd party companies like Paxum, Directa24, WebMoney or ePayService.


Payment Methods


We currently have several payment methods available on our website: ePayService, Directa24, WebMoney, Paxum, Bank transfer and Regular paper check (only in the USA)

Below you can find a list containing some of the advantages associated with each online payout method:

ePayService:

WebMoney: 

  • WebMoney has a professional payment infrastructure built up mainly in the eastern region of the world, which enables you to enjoy the benefits of WebMoney payments without withdrawing your funds.
  • Has a Fundraising platform which allows for several different methods to organize projects such as Donations or Joint purchases.
  • Further flexibility via a WM-passport which helps by increasing your withdraw limit or by obtaining a loan purse.



ePayService

ePayService is an e-Wallet based payout solution. By choosing this option, you will be paid to your ePayService virtual account from where you can easily transfer funds to your ePayService MasterCard® card, to your local bank account or to any already existing VISA or MasterCard card of yours.

Setting up an ePayService virtual account does not cost you anything. ePayService will automatically ship you a new MasterCard card for free in 10-30 days.

If you choose to use the MasterCard option, your card will have a monthly cost of $2.40 / €1.99. Withdrawing money from your MasterCard card at an ATM costs $2.40 / €1.99 per transaction. The cards are issued by PSI-Pay LTD (UK), and have a daily ATM & POS spend limit of $10,000 / €8,500.

If you choose the bank transfer option, you will be able to transfer funds from your virtual account to your local bank account. If your bank is in the United States, each deposit will cost $25 and 0.5% of the payment. You can also transfer local currency payments worldwide, for a cost of $20 to $40 / €20 to €40, depending on the country of your bank. Local currency payments are available in Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Columbia, India, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Russia, Thailand, UK, Vietnam, Argentina, Dominican Republic, Egypt, Guatemala, Indonesia, Jamaica, Kenya, Mexico, Sri-Lanka, Venezuela. All payments are sent in USD or EUR from our side, the FX of local currencies is applied by ePayService.

If you choose to receive your funds from ePayService on a paper check, the shipment of the check will be $15 and available in the United States only. These checks can be cashed in check cashing facilities as well as deposited into your bank account. If you do not receive the check on the payout date, it is advised to wait a couple of days since sometimes checks arrive to the address with a delay. In case you do not receive the check in reasonable time, you may ask to cancel the check which costs $35.

If you choose to receive your payment to any 3rd party MasterCard or VISA card, the funds will be credited to your card in its currency at issuing bank’s applicable rate.  If the transfer amount is below $500, the fee will be 1.95% + $3, while transfers above $500 will cost you 1.95% + $6. This feature is available for USD payouts only.

 WebMoney

WebMoney Transfer is a global settlement system and environment for online business activities, established in 1998. Since then, over 36 million people have joined WebMoney, mainly from the eastern region of the world like Russia or Ukraine, however, it is now used widely worldwide. Users of the system can register any number of WM purses and will be paid on these virtual accounts. The WebMoney unit (WM) is the unit in which the appropriate type of valuable is measured. As we  send payments in EUR and USD, a WME (EUR) or WMZ (USD), purse will be needed for receiving payments from us.

Setting up an WebMoney Virtual Account does not cost you anything. Receiving a payment from us to your WME (EUR) purse is -0.7%, to your WMZ (USD) purse is -1,7% of the transaction amount. Once you set up your WME (EUR) or WMZ (USD) purse you will be able to keep track, spend and withdraw your WME, WMZ funds in several ways.

As for spending your WME and WMZ, WebMoney is accepted as a payment method by more than 100000 online businesses worldwide, WebMoney has a professional payment infrastructure. Typically, you can use your WME (EUR) and WMZ (USD) purse to pay at thousands of online stores and services globally, pay your mobile communications, public utilities, social systems, transport services, online entertainment or credit repayments. As a result, you will not face any fees of withdrawal.


As for withdrawing your funds, you can send them to any international VISA or MasterCard card you have in your possession or to your bank account in your area. Sending them to your own VISA or MasterCard card will take around 3 business days and cost 2% of the transaction amount + 3 USD/EUR, while depositing it to your bank account will take around 3 days and cost 1.5% + $12 / €9.

You also can order a new prepaid card linked to your WebMoney account and access your funds by using this new prepaid card. WebMoney issues PaySpark card, PaySpark China UnionPay card and MyChoice VISA prepaid cards for WME and WMZ users. The cost of the transfer to a service card is from 0.25% of transaction amount and the payment goes through instantly.

Alternatively, you can exchange your WME and WMZ units to cash at WebMoney exchange offices for a fee of minimum 1% per transaction instantly.

 Regular paper check (only in the USA)

If you would rather not apply any of the 3rd party payment processors, an alternative solution is providing us with your physical address so that we will send your payment on a paper check to you. Please note that to send checks we still use 3rd party companies and also that this payment method may lengthen the payment delivery time.

Choosing paper check as your payout method does not entail additional costs in terms of ordering the check and mailing it to the address you previously provided. The standard checks we send can be cashed in check cashing facilities and deposited to bank accounts – while the courier checks can only be deposited into a bank account. Since it takes a couple of days for the checks to arrive, we mail them out approximately 10 days prior to the payout date. The checks are sent in a plain white envelope, there is no reference to the site or to the profile of the site. If you do not receive the check on the payout date, it is advised to wait a couple of days since sometimes checks arrive to the address with a slight delay. In case you choose not to wait or did not receive the check in reasonable time, you may ask to cancel the check which costs $35 each and takes 5-10 days to process. Once the check is canceled the remaining amount will be sent to you via check or any other payout option you choose.

We use different payment processors for shipping US paper checks, such as MTACC LTD. The memo on the check is "Electronically Delivered Services". Nothing refers to our website on the envelope.

Paxum

Paxum is an e-Wallet based payout solution. By choosing this option, you will be paid on your Paxum virtual account from where you can easily transfer funds to your Paxum MasterCard® card or to your local bank.

Setting up a Paxum virtual account does not cost you anything. Sending your earnings to your Paxum virtual account will incur a transfer fee of $0.75 or €0.75, depending on the currency you use. In addition, when receiving payment from us, your Paxum Personal account will be charged for $0.25 or €0.25. If you choose to set up a MasterCard card account through Jasmin.com, it will incur a start-up cost of $44.95, and this fee will be re-charged on your Paxum account on a yearly basis. It includes the fee of the Paxum Prepaid MasterCard® card as well as the maintenance of your virtual account (i.e. no further maintenance fee will be applied).

You will receive your card in 3-6 weeks after the application completed. Withdrawing money from your MasterCard card at an ATM costs $2/€2 per transaction. The cards have a daily ATM withdrawal limit of $1,000 and a POS usage daily limit of $5,000.

If you choose the bank transfer option, you will be able to withdraw funds from your virtual account to your local bank account. If your bank is in the United States, each deposit will cost $5. If your bank is located outside the United States, international wire transfers will cost you $50 or €40, depending on the currency you use. You can also choose to have the funds exchanged to EUR by Paxum and sent your transfer as EFT transfer in the following countries for a fee of $8.95; AT, BE, BG, CY, CZ, DK, EE, FI, FR, DE, GI, GR, HU, IS, IE, IT, LV, LI, LT, LU, MT, MC, NL, NO, PL, PT, RO, SM, SK, SI, ES, SE, CH. EUR SEPA payments will cost €5.

Wire transfers are available in the following currencies as well: AUD, CAD, CHF, CZK, HUF, SEK, NOK, THB, DKK, PLN, NZD, INR, IDR, ZAR, RON, GBP. Receiving wires in your own currency costs $25.

Bank transfer

If you use USD currency for receiving payments IN USA, your USD USA ACH deposit will cost you $3 only, but this transfer is available within the borders of the United States only. In this case, the lowest available payout limit is $100.

If you use USD currency for receiving payments in Colombia, your domestic bank transfer will be processed by Directa24 processor for a cost of 2.5% (maximum $200) of the transferred amount. In this case, you will receive your payment in COP and the lowest payout limit will be $100.

If you use EUR Payout, and your bank is located in the SEPA area, you can receive payment directly from our bank account to your bank account in EUR currency with minimal cost. The transition time of the SEPA transfer is the swiftest of all methods: the payment will go through to your bank in a maximum of one business day, and the cost of a SEPA transfer will be €5 only. In this case, you will need to reach at least $500 in order to receive payment.

If you use EUR payout but your bank is located outside of SEPA area, the payments will cost higher: around €30/transaction, depending on the banks involved in the transfer. In this case, you will also need to reach at least $500 in order to receive payment.


Other

Sender of payment

When you receive payment from us, the 3rd party company name will be indicated on your bank statement/check envelope as the sender of the funds. If the payment is sent through ePayService, the sender will be indicated as MTACC LTD. on your bank statements/check envelopes. The originator of these payments is the owner company of Jasmin.com, JWS Americas S.à.r.l. and JWS International S.à.r.l.

Payment reference

When sending out payouts (whether to an e-Wallet or on a paper check) we use the following payment reference “Electronically Delivered Services”. There is no option to change this text. The reference for bank transfers made by 3rd party companies depends on the actual payment processor company.

Payout currency

Please note that Jasmin.com sends payouts in US Dollars or in Euros. Therefore when you choose wire transfer or any other e-wallet payout method, please make sure that the currency of your account matches the currency of your payout. This way you can avoid additional costs and unfavorable exchange rates. Payout in any other currency is exchanged by 3rd party processors on their own exchange rates.

Payout in EURO!

You can receive your payout in EUR instead of USD. If you choose EUR Payout, the final Agency payout amount will be exchanged from USD to EUR. The FX rate we apply is depending on global market and the value is updated every day. The USD is exchanged to EUR based on the date when the earning was recorded (i.e. every day different FX rate is applied).  Receiving payment in EUR will open up new, cheaper and swifter payment method possibilities. You can decide the currency of payout for the ongoing and future periods only. You cannot change currency for an already closed period listed at Payout Overview page.

Regarding USD vs. EUR exchange rate on Jasmin.com, please note that we do not take any fee for the FX service we provide. We translate USD to EUR for the reason to make your payment transfers go through faster and cheaper. The FX rate we apply is calculated daily based on official mid-market range available at the database of European Central Bank. We have to apply an additional 0.3% FX difference to the rate you can find on this page, in order to mitigate FX risks. Still, it is an extremely favorable rate as opposed to bank institutions and payment processors who usually apply an FX margin 1-5% to make extra revenue. We do not make any revenue on this, we just make you receive the payment without difficulties.

Change of payout details

In order to change your current payment method please log in to your Agency account, go to Payout/Payout options, and use the "To change current payout provider click here" link at the bottom of the page. Please make sure that you make/upload a recently taken, new Face+ID and ID picture during the process. Pictures used during any registration may not be accepted.
